When does my order arrive?
We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. From there, delivery takes 3 to 7 days to reach you. Shipping times vary per location.
We'll send tracking as soon as your order ships so you're never left wondering.
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders ₱1,500 and above. Because you're already spending enough on tiny humans.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry:
- 0 to 3 months
- 3 to 6 months, and
- 6 to 12 months.
How do I know which size to get?
Every baby grows at their own pace, so we size by age to keep it simple.
Not sure between two sizes? Size up. They'll grow into it faster than you think.
What is your Return Policy?
All Caleboo pieces are worn directly against your baby’s skin. For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@caleboo.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll sort it out.
